HOW PRINTING WORKS
When it comes to printing, our format is large industrial printing. This is also known as batch printing. For the majority of the printing we do, we use large industrial Heidelberg Printers where we put hundreds of orders on the same batch and print in large volume. By printing in huge volumes, we get the price down on printing instead of printing one order at a time, which would cost more. The higher the volume, the lower the printing price. Because of this process, printing usually takes 4 to 10 business days depending on what you are printing. We do not do same-day printing and even with rush orders, printing can still take at least 2 business days. You can click on the link in our menu to see our turnaround times on printed items.
PRINT LOCATIONS
1st Stop Print is primarily an online store at www.1ststopprint.com but we have satellite offices in every major city where our employees work. We DO NOT have “walk-in” retail stores and that is how we keep our prices low by not having a lot of overhead. We are local to your area. However, customers cannot visit our offices. If you need to speak with someone in person then one of our sales reps can come to you.
PICKUP LOCATIONS
Pickup locations are limited so we offer FREE delivery on every order, or you can pick up your order at the UPS store nearest you. We have a partnership with UPS Stores where we can pick up your order at a UPS store. However, our FREE delivery is faster than store pick-up. It’s always better if you let us deliver your order for FREE!
HOW TO ORDER
STEP 1: Send us your artwork or we design your artwork.
STEP 2: We proof the artwork to make sure its ready for printing, then we send it back for your approval. You approve the artwork before we start printing.
STEP 3: We send an online invoice through email and text message. Click on the link we send, pay online, and then we start printing.
STEP 4: Once the printing is done, we ship your order, giving you FREE delivery. It will arrive on your doorstep. Your order is complete!
