  • We use premium 15 -16 oz. heavy duty vinyl material with a matte finish on our step and repeat backdrops to handle the weight of a banner stand and poles. It also depends on how big the step and repeat banner, the bigger the banner,  the heavier the vinyl.
  • We print full color CMYK digital printing that is durable, water resistant and UV coated.
  • We ship our step and repeat backdrops in a tube. Your banner is never folded and this is done to eliminate creases.
  • We highly recommend “Pole Pockets (Top and Bottom) if you will be ordering an 8′ x 8′ or 10′ x 8′ adjustable telescopic banner stand.
  • We design and print all of our products in-house. No middle man or outsourcing.
  • 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
  • Please send your artwork in a vector format EPS, AI, PDF (outlined). Any raster (pixel based photo) JPG or PSD (flattened) image file would be best at 100% scale at 100 dpi.

File Format:
We accept the following file formats: .TIF, .TIFF, .EPS, .AI, .PSD, .JPG, .PNG & .PDF.

Resolution:
All file formats must have a minimum of 150 dpi (dot per inch) resolution at 100% of the final print size.
Images designed for the web typically cannot be used for printing as they have a low screen resolution of 72 dpi. Print images need to be created at 150 dpi or there will be a substantial drop in the image quality.

Color Mode:
All color artwork and/or images must be provided in CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) color mode.
All black & white artwork and/or images must be provided in grayscale color mode.

Bleed:
For banners, please build your print-ready digital files by adding 0.125″ (1/8″) bleed to each dimension (or 0.0625″ bleed on all four sides). For example, a 2″ x 10″ banner with the full bleed should be 2.125″ x 10.125″.
